Philosophy
Rooted in Slow & Intentional living
Ethos
Sol by Luna is a wellbeing philosophy rooted in the Mediterranean way of living: slow, intentional, and deeply connected. It is not an escape from life. It is a return to it.
Long before science confirmed it, or policy advocated for it, the Mediterranean way of living already knew that rest is not laziness, that boredom nourishes the mind, that vacation is not indulgence. They are prescriptions. For the brain, for the nervous system, for the imagination that drives creativity, motivation, and joy. Sol by Luna holds these not as luxuries but as necessities — woven into every experience we design.
We believe that clarity, healing, and joy are not destinations. They are practices woven into the ordinary moments of a full life. Through meditation, movement, creativity, and beauty, we offer a way of living that is both deeply human and entirely sustainable. Not for a week. For every day.
Every Sol by Luna experience is designed as a quiet threshold where presence deepens, perspective shifts, and lasting transformation unfolds. Rooted in the arts, the senses, and the rhythm of the Mediterranean, our work invites you to reconnect with what inspires you, what moves you, and what makes your life feel genuinely worth living.

Surviving cancer became a defining turning point, one that led me to consciously choose a path of healing and self-reconnection. Through that process, I rediscovered a deeper way of living, which now shapes the work I share with others.
